<b>List columns</b>: Id, License Plate, Vehicle Type, Brand, Model, Manufacture Year, Engine Number, Chassis Number, Has Refrigerator, Status.

<b>Quick filters</b>: Active (default), Suspended.

<b>Filters</b>: License Plate, Status, Created Date.

<b>List actions</b>: New, View, Edit, Suspend, Activate, Delete (multi).

| Vehicle Type | Category (van, truck, etc.). |

| Has Refrigerator | Enables temperature logbook fields when true. |
| Status | Active or Suspended. |

<p><b>What is the refrigerator flag?</b></p>
<p>When enabled, Field Sale fleet logs require refrigerator readings in addition to odometer on check-in/out.</p>

<p><b>How is a vehicle assigned to a driver?</b></p>
<p>Link employee on vehicle allocation or fleet master — Field Sale App shows Fleet when the user's employee matches.</p>

<p><b>Can one vehicle serve multiple employees?</b></p>
<p>Use <a href="#/settings/vehicle-allocation">Vehicle Allocation</a> date ranges to hand off vehicles between shifts.</p>

<p><b>Do vehicle logs sync from the app?</b></p>
<p>Yes. Quick Log entries from <a href="#/field-sale-app/fleet-management">Field Sale App — Fleet Management</a> sync to ERP fleet reports.</p>

<p><b>Can I suspend a vehicle?</b></p>
<p>Suspend hides the vehicle from new allocations — open logs and history remain.</p>
