The Notifications screen is your in-app activity inbox. It lists recent changes on transactions and records you can access, and lets you subscribe to collections so new activity appears here and in the bell icon on the top bar.

Notifications (this screen) is the user inbox — what you see when activity happens on records you follow.

Notification System (under Settings) is admin configuration for outbound messages (email, WhatsApp, etc.): templates, providers, transaction configs, and recipient rules. See the Settings hub → Notification System.

FAQ

Why do I not see notifications for a module?

You must subscribe to that collection, and your role must allow access to the underlying screen.

What is the difference between this screen and Transaction History under Notification System?

This inbox shows in-app activity for subscribed collections. Transaction History logs outbound notification delivery (WhatsApp, email, etc.) configured by an administrator.

Why am I not receiving in-app notifications?

Subscribe to the collection on this screen and confirm your role can open the underlying module. Browser notifications may need permission in the browser.

Can I mute one module only?

Yes. Unsubscribe from specific collections while keeping others — changes apply to your user only.

Do notifications include Field Sale App events?

In-app notifications cover subscribed web collections. Mobile push depends on app configuration and provider setup separately.

Where are WhatsApp templates configured?

Administrators configure providers and templates under Notification System — see Notification Providers and Notification Transaction Configs.
