# Company Details
Company Details is your organisation profile: legal name, tax registration numbers, addresses, phones, and logo. Open it from the top bar company name; use the gear icon for Company Settings.
Overview & View
Click your company name on the top navigation bar → Company Details.
The view shows read-only sections until you click Edit. Registration numbers appear only for types selected on Company Settings.
General

Switch Company
When your login has access to more than one company, use Switch Company from the top bar to change the active company context. Each company has its own data, settings, and users. Company Details and Company Settings always apply to the currently selected company.

FAQ
Why don't I see GSTN or VAT on the form?
Enable registration number types on Company Settings first — Company Details shows only selected ID types.
Can I edit a secondary linked company?
Edit is not available on secondary linked companies in a multi-company login. Switch to the primary company or use the parent admin account.
Where does the logo on invoices come from?
Upload Company image on Company Details. Print layout also respects Print Settings and module templates.
What is Bill Header Address used for?
Address lines printed at the top of sale and purchase documents — separate from the registered address block when configured.
Does Switch Company change numbering?
Yes. Each company has its own Number Settings, masters, and transactions — always confirm the active company on the top bar before editing.
What is Address in local language for?
Optional second-language block on prints for regions that require bilingual headers — fill when local-language bills are required.
