Which screen should I use for customer-specific prices?
Use Pricing Rule for customer, group, or category discounts and slabs. Use Date Wise Pricing for effective-date list prices. Basic Pricing is the fallback when no other rule matches.

Do settings here affect already approved invoices?
Where is credit control configured?
Credit Limit Setting defines limits by customer, group, or category. Limits are checked on Approve of sale invoice, sale order, or quotation — not on save.
