Open from <b>Sales → Sales Dashboard — the <b>Top Customers</b> widget in the graphical analysis section</b>.

Panel title in ERP: <b>Top Customers</b>

<p><b>What it shows.</b> A ranked list or chart of customers with the highest sale volume during the selected dashboard period. Each entry shows customer name and total sale value.</p>

<p><b>When to use it.</b> Use for a quick snapshot of your largest customers — to monitor key account dependency, review top relationships, and identify growth opportunities.</p>

<p><b>How amounts are calculated.</b> Based on approved sale invoices within the dashboard date range. Customers ranked by total sale value by default. Respects the dashboard global date range filter.</p>

The widget uses the Sales Dashboard's global <b>Date Range</b> filter. Changing the dashboard date range updates the Top Customers ranking automatically.

|------------|-----------------|
| Rank | Position in the top customers list (1 = highest). |
| Customer | Customer name. |
| Sale Value | Total approved sale invoice amount in the selected period. |
| Sale Qty | Total quantity sold when quantity ranking is enabled. |
| % of Total | Share of total dashboard sale value attributed to this customer. |

<h2 id="faq">FAQ</h2>

<p><b>How are Top Customers calculated?</b><br>Customers ranked by total sale invoice value within the selected dashboard date range.</p>
<p><b>Why did a customer disappear from the list?</b><br>The ranking is period-specific. A customer with no invoices in the current date range will not appear.</p>
<p><b>Does this include sale returns?</b><br>Typically based on gross sale invoices. Net values depend on dashboard configuration.</p>
<p><b>Can I change how many customers are shown?</b><br>The display count is set by dashboard configuration. Contact your administrator to adjust.</p>
<p><b>Is this the same as Customer Wise Sale?</b><br>Similar ranking but Top Customers is a dashboard widget snapshot. Run full <a href="#/sales/reports/customer-wise-sale-report">Customer Wise Sale Report</a> for export.</p>

<p><b>Which period is used on dashboard?</b><br>Dashboard widget period — change filters on the full report for custom ranges.</p>
