FAQ

Can I filter by customer category?
Yes. Use Customer Category in Advanced Filter to show returns only for customers in that category.

How do I find returns for one sale invoice?
Locate the invoice in the Sale Inv column, or filter by Customer in Advanced Filter and narrow by date.

Can I filter by return reason?
Yes. Use the Return Reason filter on the report screen.

What does Show All / Damaged do?
It narrows returns to all items or only those marked as damaged, depending on your selection.

How does this affect customer outstanding?
Approved returns reduce customer receivables. Cross-check with Trade Receivables or Customer Aging.

Credit note vs return order?
Report focuses on posted credit notes. Return orders without CN may not appear until credit is approved.

How do I match to original sale?
Use invoice reference on the credit note row or open linked sale invoice from drill-down.
