Date, PayMode (All, Credit, Cash, Bank, Prepaid, Digital Wallet), Time Offset, Employee, Status (Default, Pre Approved, Manually Closed). The PayMode dropdown has no Split option — PayMode-All includes Split invoices, and Cash / Bank / Digital Wallet also include Split invoices that have a split line on an account of that type. Advanced Filter: Customer, Customer Group, Center, Form Type, State / Province, Zone, Branch, Invoice Route, Customer Route, Brand, Payment Term, Reference name, District / Region, Area, Vehicle No, Secondary Status, Project, Cash Account, Customer Category, Prepared By, Cash Transaction Party (when Cash Transaction Party access is enabled).

For Indian companies, the advanced filter also includes:

| **Filter** | **Description** |
|------------|-----------------|
| is E-Invoiced | Yes / No / All — whether the sale invoice has a generated e-invoice (IRN). |
| is B2B | Yes / No — filters by whether the customer has a GSTN. Yes = B2B (any of GSTN, GSTN 2, or GSTN 3 is filled). No = B2C (all GSTN slots empty). Same logic as the Sale Invoice list filter. See Customers — tax registration numbers. |

Export All applies the same filters, including is B2B when set.

FAQ

How do I open a sale invoice from this report?
Click the Inv No. link on any row to open the full sale invoice.

Why does one bill show amounts in Cash, Bank, and Credit?
The report splits how the bill was paid or remains due. The Balance column shows what is still receivable. A Split invoice can show amounts in both Cash and Bank when those accounts were used on the Cash Split table.

Can I filter only credit sales?
Yes. Set PayMode to Credit before generating the report.

What is the difference between this report and Sale Report Adv?
This report is bill-level only. Sale Report Adv includes item and batch detail on each line.

Are pre-approved invoices included?
Pre-approved invoices may be excluded from standard sale totals. Confirm the status filter.

Can I filter only B2B or B2C sales?
Yes, for Indian companies. Open Advanced Filter and set is B2B to Yes (any GSTN slot filled) or No (all GSTN slots empty). Useful for GST reconciliation and comparing registered vs retail sales.

Do Cash or Bank PayMode filters include Split invoices?
Yes. Those filters include invoices paid as Cash or Bank, and Split invoices that have a split line on a cash or bank account. There is no Split option in the dropdown — use PayMode-All to see every Split invoice. See Sale Invoice — Split payment mode.

Can I reconcile to month-wise sale?
Totals should match when the same date range, branch, and status filters are applied on Month Wise Sale.
