# Quotation Wise Sale
Tracks sales fulfilled against sale quotations — shows quotation reference, customer, financial breakdown, and bill totals for quote-to-sale conversion analysis.

Go to Sales → Reports → Quotation Wise Sale.
Report title in ERP: Quotation Wise Sale
What it shows. Each sale linked to a quotation with quotation number, due date, in-charge employee, customer, and amount breakdown through bill total.
When to use it. Use to verify quote conversion, compare quoted versus invoiced values, and audit sales accountability.
How amounts are calculated. Includes approved sale invoices linked to a sale quotation within the selected date range.

Why is a sale missing from this report?
Only sales linked to a quotation appear. Direct sale invoices without a quotation reference are excluded.
Can I filter by quotation number?
Yes. Set Quotation No. in Advanced Filter.
How do I see open quotations not yet sold?
Review approved quotations in Sales → Sale Quotations and compare to this report.
Can I open the sale invoice from here?
Generate the report and use quotation or invoice references to navigate to linked documents.
Which quotation statuses appear?
Open, won, and lost quotations in the period — useful for pipeline conversion analysis.
How is win rate calculated?
Compare won quotations to total quoted value in your exported analysis.
