<h2 id="faq">FAQ</h2>

<b>Are returns deducted from profit?</b><br>
Yes. Return amount and return cost reduce net profit for the customer in the selected period.

<b>How are Markup % and Margin % calculated?</b><br>
Markup % is profit divided by net cost (sale cost minus return cost). Margin % is profit divided by net sales (sale amount minus return amount).

<b>Can I see a single customer only?</b><br>
Use customer group or export and filter, or drill into a customer row where detail view is available.

<b>How is this different from Bill Wise Profit Report?</b><br>
Customer Wise Profit aggregates all bills and returns per customer. Bill Wise Profit shows each invoice separately.
<p><b>Can loss-making customers appear?</b><br>Yes. Negative margin customers highlight pricing or discount issues for review.</p>

<p><b>How is this different from Customer Wise Sale?</b><br>Sale report is revenue only. This report subtracts cost for margin by customer.</p>
