<p><b>Does this include FOC returns?</b><br>Returns recorded on credit notes and return invoices are included per your filter settings.</p>

<p><b>Are cancelled returns included?</b><br>No, unless the status filter explicitly includes cancelled documents.</p>

<p><b>Why is return qty higher than sales?</b><br>Returns may span invoices from earlier periods. Match return date filter to the analysis window.</p>
