# Item Group Wise Performance
Tracks employee sales performance by item group for a selected month—quantity, value, and target achievement. Use it to monitor product-category targets and rep performance by group.
Overview
Go to Sales → Employee Reports → Item Group Wise Performance.
What it shows. Employee-wise sales for each item group in the selected month and year. Each item group's quantity sold, sales value, assigned target, and achievement can be monitored.
When to use it. Review category-level target attainment, compare reps on specific product groups, and align field focus with category priorities.
