Report title in ERP: <b>Employee Outstanding Bills</b>

<p><b>What it shows.</b> Each employee with total outstanding balance, invoice count, customer count, and aging summary for bills under their care.</p>

<p><b>When to use it.</b> Use for collection accountability — track which sales employees carry the most outstanding receivables.</p>

<p><b>How amounts are calculated.</b> Sum of unpaid sale invoice balances for customers assigned to or cared for by each employee as of the selected date.</p>

| Employee Code | Unique identifier assigned in the master record. |
| Customer Count | Customers with outstanding balances. |
| Invoice Count | Number of unpaid invoices. |
| Outstanding Amount | Total unpaid balance. |
| Overdue Amount | Total past-due balance. |
| >90 Days | Amount more than 90 days past due. |
| Oldest Invoice | Date of the oldest unpaid invoice. |

<p><b>What is care of employee?</b><br>The employee responsible for the customer relationship and collection follow-up.</p>
<p><b>How is this different from Trade Receivables?</b><br>Trade Receivables is customer-level. This report groups outstanding by responsible employee.</p>
<p><b>Can I see customer detail?</b><br>Use <b>Show Invoices</b> or run Trade Receivables filtered by employee.</p>
<p><b>Does this include PDC?</b><br>PDC amounts may appear when configured. See customer statements for detail.</p>
<p><b>What is Include pre-approved?</b><br>When on, pre-approved sale invoices count in open receivables for the salesperson's portfolio.</p>

<p><b>How is this different from Employee Sale Report?</b><br>Sale report is revenue. Outstanding is open balances on invoices tagged to the employee.</p>
