<p><b>What it shows.</b> Each employee with customer check-in count, unique customers visited, route coverage, and visit timestamps for the selected period.</p>

<p><b>When to use it.</b> Use to monitor field sales activity, verify route coverage, and audit employee customer visits.</p>

<p><b>How amounts are calculated.</b> Counts check-in records logged by each employee through the mobile app or ERP within the selected date range.</p>

| Unique Customers | Number of distinct customers visited. |
| Routes Covered | Routes with at least one check-in. |
| First Check-In | Earliest check-in time in the period. |
| Last Check-In | Latest check-in time in the period. |
| Avg Visits/Day | Average check-ins per working day. |

<p><b>Where are check-ins recorded?</b><br>Check-ins are logged via the Field Sale App or ERP customer visit module.</p>
<p><b>Can I see individual check-in detail?</b><br>Use <a href="#/sales/reports/customer-route-checkin">Customer Wise Route Check In</a> for visit-level detail.</p>
<p><b>Why is an employee missing?</b><br>No check-ins were logged for that employee in the selected period.</p>
<p><b>Does this include GPS location?</b><br>Location data may be available in the mobile app; this report shows visit counts and timestamps.</p>
<p><b>Why is check-in missing?</b><br>Salesman may be outside geofence or customer GPS was not saved. See <a href="#/sales/customer-checkins">Customer Check Ins</a> setup.</p>

<p><b>Can I use this for payroll?</b><br>Use for field accountability. Commission still comes from <a href="#/sales/reports/sale-target-commision">Sale Target Commission</a> or collection reports.</p>
