<p><b>When to use it.</b> Use to track receivables trends over time, compare month-end outstanding positions, and support cash flow forecasting.</p>

<p><b>How amounts are calculated.</b> Calculates customer outstanding balance at the end of each month within the selected year or date range.</p>

<p><b>How is month-end outstanding calculated?</b><br>Sum of unpaid invoice balances for the customer as of the last day of each month.</p>
<p><b>Is this different from Month Wise Outstanding?</b><br>Month Wise Outstanding shows aggregate outstanding for all customers by month. This report is per customer.</p>
<p><b>Can I export for a full year?</b><br>Yes. Select the year and export to Excel.</p>
<p><b>Does this include PDC?</b><br>PDC treatment depends on configuration. Check Customer Outstanding for PDC detail.</p>
<p><b>Why does a month show balance after payment?</b><br>Timing of receipt allocation or invoices approved late in the month can leave a month-end snapshot.</p>

<p><b>How is this different from Month Wise Outstanding?</b><br><a href="#/sales/reports/monthwise-outstanding">Month Wise Outstanding</a> is company-wide trend. This report is per customer grid.</p>
