<p><b>What it shows.</b> Each customer-item combination with total quantity sold, sale amount, return quantity, return amount, and net sale.</p>

<p><b>When to use it.</b> Use to analyze what each customer buys, identify cross-sell opportunities, and review item-level pricing per account.</p>

<p><b>How amounts are calculated.</b> Aggregates approved sale invoice lines by customer and item within the selected date range.</p>

<p><b>How is this different from Item Wise Sale?</b><br>Item Wise Sale aggregates by item across all customers. This report splits by customer and item.</p>
<p><b>Can I filter one customer?</b><br>Yes. Select the customer in the filter to see all items they purchased.</p>
<p><b>Does this show custom pricing?</b><br>Average rate reflects actual invoiced rates, which may include customer-specific pricing rules.</p>
<p><b>Can I export for a sales visit?</b><br>Yes. Export to Excel for offline reference during customer meetings.</p>
<p><b>Does this include free items?</b><br>FOC lines may appear with zero value. Use <a href="#/sales/reports/foc-report">FOC Report</a> to audit complimentary quantity.</p>

<p><b>Can I filter one item across all customers?</b><br>Yes. Set the item filter and leave customer blank to rank buyers for a SKU.</p>
