FAQ

How is inactivity defined?
A customer is inactive when they have no approved sale invoice or receipt voucher on or after the selected date. The report shows their last transaction date before that period.

How are check-ins counted?
Check-ins counts active customer check-in records on or after the same selected date. Check-ins are logged from the Field Sale App when a salesman validates GPS at the customer location. A customer can show check-ins but still appear inactive if no sales were posted in the period.

Are new customers with no first sale included?
Customers created before the selected date with no sales or receipts since then may appear as inactive.

Does this include cash-only customers?
Yes. Any customer with no recorded sales or receipts since the selected date appears on the report regardless of payment terms.

Can I compare this with route check-in reports?
Use Customer Wise Route Check In for detailed visit logs. This report adds a summary check-in count alongside inactive sales status.

Can I suspend or activate customers from this report?
Yes. Select rows with the checkboxes and use Suspend or Activate in the bottom action bar. Only customers matching the action's required status are processed.

Does the Status filter affect bulk actions?
The filter limits which customers appear on the report. Bulk suspend and activate still apply only to the rows you select on the current page.
