Report title in ERP: <b>Customer Document Expiry</b>

<p><b>What it shows.</b> Each customer document with document type, number, issue date, expiry date, days to expiry, and status (Valid / Expiring / Expired).</p>

<p><b>When to use it.</b> Use to ensure customer compliance documents are renewed before expiry and to block sales to non-compliant accounts if configured.</p>

<p><b>How amounts are calculated.</b> Lists documents uploaded to customer records with expiry dates within or before the selected alert window.</p>

| Customer | Customer name. |
| Customer Code | Unique identifier assigned in the master record. |
| Document Type | Type of document (Trade License, Tax Reg., Contract, etc.). |
| Document No. | Document reference number. |
| Issue Date | Date the document was issued. |
| Expiry Date | Document expiry date. |
| Days to Expiry | Days remaining until expiry (negative if expired). |
| Status | Valid / Expiring Soon / Expired. |

<p><b>What triggers Expiring Soon status?</b><br>Documents within the configured alert window (e.g., 30 days) before expiry date.</p>
<p><b>Can expired customers be blocked from sales?</b><br>Depends on system configuration. Some setups warn or block sales when required documents expire.</p>
<p><b>Which document types are tracked?</b><br>All document types with an expiry date entered on the customer record.</p>
<p><b>Which documents are tracked?</b><br>Trade license, CRN, and other expiry fields saved on the customer master — based on your configured document types.</p>

<p><b>Why was invoice blocked for expired license?</b><br>When <b>Prevent invoice if trade license expired</b> is on in Sale Settings, approve fails for UAE customers with expired documents.</p>
