Go to <b>Sales → Employee Reports → Brand Wise Performance</b>.

<p><b>What it shows.</b> Employee-wise sales for each item brand in the selected month and year. Each brand's quantity sold, sales value, assigned target, and achievement can be monitored.</p>

<p><b>When to use it.</b> Review brand-level target attainment, compare reps on key brands, and support supplier or brand promotion programs.</p>

| **Achievement %** | Percentage of target achieved, if displayed. |

<b>Where are brand targets set?</b><br>
Brand targets are configured in employee or sales target setup—assign quantity and value targets per brand for each rep.

<b>How is this different from Item Group Wise Performance?</b><br>
Brand Wise Performance breaks down sales by brand. Item Group Wise Performance breaks down sales by product category.

<b>Are items without a brand included?</b><br>
Items must have a brand assigned in the item master to appear on this report.

<b>Can one employee have multiple brand rows?</b><br>
Yes. Each employee appears with a row per brand they have targets or sales for in the period.
<p><b>Which employees appear?</b><br>Only sales attributed to the selected employee filter. Leave blank to see all salespersons for the brand.</p>

<p><b>How is this different from Brand Wise Sale?</b><br><a href="#/sales/reports/brand-wise-sale">Brand Wise Sale</a> shows revenue by brand. Brand Performance ties brand sales to employee achievement for reviews.</p>
