# Center Wise RP Stock

Go to <b>RP → Reports → Center wise RP</b>.

<p><b>What it shows.</b> One row per center and RP item with the current quantity on hand. When serial tracking is enabled, each serial-numbered unit appears on its own row.</p>

<p><b>When to use it.</b> Check how many milk crates are at the main store vs Vehicle 1 center before loading the van, or verify how many deep-freezers are held at the service depot.</p>

<li><b>Warehouse manager</b> — How many crates are at each center right now? Run before dispatch planning.</li>
<li><b>Van-sales coordinator</b> — Confirm Vehicle 1 center has enough crates loaded for today's milk delivery run.</li>
<li><b>Asset controller</b> — With serial tracking on, list every freezer unit currently at a center.</li>

<p><b>Why don't I see a date filter?</b><br>This report shows current stock position, not historical movement. Use <a href="#/rp/reports/center-rp-transactions">Center RP Transactions</a> for a period ledger.</p>

<p><b>How does stock get into a center?</b><br>Through <a href="#/rp/opening-rp">Opening RP</a>, <a href="#/rp/supplier-rp">Supplier RP</a> on Purchase Invoice, and <a href="#/rp/rp-center-transfer">RP Center Transfer</a> on Inventory Transfer.</p>
<p><b>Van stock?</b><br>Center includes vehicles when set up as inventory/RP centers.</p>
<p><b>Negative stock?</b><br>Should not occur — investigate unapproved or missing transfers.</p>
<p><b>Approved movements only?</b><br>Reports typically include approved RP transactions in the date range.</p>
<p><b>Field sale app data included?</b><br>Customer RP from Field Sale App appears when approved on web or mobile.</p>
