FAQ

Which employee is counted—in charge or creator?
Totals reflect the employee assigned as in charge on the purchase transaction, per system configuration on purchase documents.

What is the difference between Value Total and Bill Total?
Value Total is the purchase value before final bill adjustments; Bill Total is the sum of final bill amounts including tax and rounding as posted.

Are purchase returns deducted?
Returns may appear as separate transactions depending on configuration. Verify with purchase return reports for net employee activity.

Can inactive employees appear?
Yes, if they processed purchases in the selected date range. Filter by employee ID to focus on current staff.

Which document types are included?
Purchase invoices and related purchase documents where an employee is recorded as in charge, per the report filters.

Why is my report empty?
No purchase activity matches the date range, employee filter, or branch scope.

Does this include purchase orders only?
No. Totals reflect billed purchase value (invoices), not open order commitments unless configured otherwise on the report.
