Report title in ERP: <b>Bill Wise Purchase</b>

<p><b>What it shows.</b> One row per purchase invoice with supplier details, payment mode split (Cash, Bank, Credit), tax and discount amounts, and the remaining balance. Click an invoice number to open the full purchase invoice.</p>

<p><b>When to use it.</b> Use for daily purchase review, month-end payables reconciliation, and supplier payment follow-up.</p>

<li><b>Accounts payable team</b> — Which supplier invoices are still unpaid, and how much is outstanding by payment mode? Run at month-end or before payment runs.</li>
<li><b>Purchase manager</b> — How much did we buy from each supplier this month, including discounts and tax? Run weekly or monthly for spend review.</li>
<li><b>Finance auditor</b> — Do recorded purchase bills match supplier invoices and tax registration details? Run during VAT/GST reconciliation or internal audits.</li>

<b>Date</b>, <b>PayMode</b> (All, Credit, Cash, Bank, Prepaid, Digital Wallet), <b>Employee</b>. <b>Advanced Filter</b>: Supplier, Supplier Group, Branch, Center, Project, Item, Item Group, Form Type.

| Inv No. | System purchase invoice number. Click to open the invoice. |
| Supp. Inv | Supplier invoice or bill reference number. |
| PayMode | Payment mode for the bill (Cash, Bank, Credit, etc.). |
| Center | Billing or business center. |
| InCharge | Employee in charge of the purchase. |
| Supplier | Supplier name. |
| Tax Reg. No | Supplier tax registration number. |
| Amount | Gross amount before discount and tax. |
| Discount | Discount applied on the invoice. |
| Amount w/o Tax | Net amount before tax. |
| Sub Total | Subtotal after discount, before final tax total. |
| Bill Total | Final invoice total including tax. |
| Cash | Amount settled through cash. |
| Bank | Amount settled through bank or cheque. |
| Credit | Unpaid or credit portion. |
| Balance | Outstanding balance on the invoice. |

<h2 id="faq">FAQ</h2>

<p><b>How do I open a purchase invoice from this report?</b><br>Click the <b>Inv No.</b> link on any row to open the full purchase invoice.</p>

<p><b>Why does one bill show amounts in Cash, Bank, and Credit?</b><br>The report splits how the bill was paid or remains due. The <b>Balance</b> column shows what is still payable.</p>

<p><b>Can I filter only credit purchases?</b><br>Yes. Set <b>PayMode</b> to <b>Credit</b> before generating the report.</p>

<p><b>What is the difference between this report and Purchase Report Adv?</b><br>This report is bill-level only. <a href="#/purchase/reports/purchase-bill-report-adv">Purchase Report Adv</a> includes item and batch detail on each line.</p>

<p><b>Which invoice statuses are included?</b><br>Approved and Closed purchase invoices only. Draft and Cancelled invoices are excluded.</p>

<p><b>Why is my report empty?</b><br>No approved or closed invoices match the date range and filters. Widen the date range or clear advanced filters such as supplier group or branch.</p>

<p><b>Does supplier group filter include sub-groups?</b><br>Yes. Selecting a parent supplier group typically includes suppliers in child groups as well.</p>
