FAQ

Why does a purchase order show a balance?
A balance appears when the invoiced amount is less than the order total, or when partial billing leaves an outstanding amount on the PO.

Can I see purchases for a single PO?
Yes. Use the Order No. filter to restrict the report to that purchase order.

Does this report include purchase returns?
It focuses on purchase invoices linked to orders. Use purchase return reports for return-specific analysis.

How is bill total different from sub total?
Sub total is the pre-rounding total; bill total is the final payable amount after rounding and any additional charges on the invoice.

Which order and invoice statuses are included?
Typically Approved and Closed purchase orders and their linked invoices. Draft and Cancelled documents are excluded unless your filter includes them.

Why is my report empty?
No purchase orders or linked invoices match the date range and filters — for example supplier, branch, or order number.

Why does an order show without an invoice?
The PO may be approved but not yet invoiced, or only partially invoiced. Check order status and use Received and Not Invoiced for receipt-only orders.
