FAQ

How is this different from Item Wise Purchase Orders?
Purchase orders track items ordered from suppliers. Work orders track items consumed or issued in production or service jobs.

Does amount include tax?
Amount reflects the cost recorded on work order lines based on system pricing rules for the selected period.

Can I trace a specific batch?
Yes. Use the Work Order / Batch filter to limit results to a specific production batch or work order.

Why is average unit amount zero for some items?
This can occur when quantity is recorded but cost is zero, or when rounding produces a negligible average. Verify underlying work order lines.

Which work order statuses are included?
Approved and active work orders in the period. Cancelled work orders are typically excluded.

Why is my report empty?
No work order lines match the date range or item, supplier, and branch filters.

Are purchase orders included?
No. Use Item Wise Purchase Order for goods orders.
