The Purchase Dashboard gives a live snapshot of open purchase documents, month-to-date spend by category, and charts for purchase trends, items, item groups, employees, and top suppliers.
Go to Purchase → Dashboard from the left menu. You only see charts and stats your user role allows.

Open-count widgets
The top row shows three open-document widgets. Each displays a count and total value, with quick actions to create a new document or open the filtered list.

FAQ
Why is a widget missing from my dashboard?
Each widget is controlled by your user role. Contact your administrator if you need access to stats or charts.
What counts as an open quotation?
Approved quotations that have not been converted to an order or invoice and have not been manually closed.
What counts as an open order?
Purchase orders in an active status that are not fully received or closed.
What counts as an open invoice?
Approved supplier invoices with an outstanding balance or not yet marked closed.
How is Month purchase calculated?
Sum of approved purchase invoice totals dated in the current calendar month.
Can I change the date range on dashboard charts?
Yes. Each chart has its own period dropdown. Month stats widgets always use the current calendar month.
Do dashboard totals include draft documents?
No. Purchase value widgets and charts use approved (and closed) transactions. Draft and cancelled documents are excluded.
What supplier outstanding on the dashboard means?
The total unpaid balance on approved credit purchase invoices and related payables — not cash invoices already settled on approve.
Can I drill down from a dashboard widget?
Yes. Click stat cards and chart segments where links are shown to open the underlying list or Supplier Outstanding and related reports.
Does the dashboard respect branch or brand filters?
When multi-branch or brand-wise tracking is enabled, widgets show data for your permitted branches/brands only.
Why do my month stats differ from purchase reports?
Dashboard month stats use invoice date in the current calendar month. Reports may use different date fields, statuses, or filters — run the matching report to reconcile.
What is Top suppliers on the dashboard?
Suppliers ranked by purchase value in the selected chart period — useful for spotting concentration of spend.
