FAQ

Why are ship and PWO fields empty?
Enable those fields in Project Settings and enter values on the project before running the report.

How is this different from Project View Dashboard?
The project view Dashboard shows live KPIs and a chart. Project Summary is a printable, exportable report with full breakdown tables for a chosen date range.

What does Uninvoiced mean on the report?
Project Value − Total Revenue in the selected period — contract value not yet billed. Hover the info icon on the Uninvoiced card to see the numbers.

Why don't I see Additional Cost or Unconsidered Hours Cost?
Those widgets and breakdown rows appear only when the matching per-hour rate is set on the project. See Cost Settings.

Do Open Sales include draft invoices?
Open counts include non-closed sale documents (orders and invoices) linked to the project, regardless of the report date range on closed amounts.

Why are man hours zero?
No attendance was logged to the project in the date range, or man-hour tracking is not used for this job.

Can I run Project Summary for all projects at once?
No. Select one project. Use Project Wise Profit for multi-project comparison.

Why do cost breakdown percentages not add to 100%?
Percentages are shares of total cost in the period. Rounding on individual categories may cause minor variance from exactly 100%.
