# Employee Wise Project Profit
Employee Wise Project Profit (shown in ERP as Supervisor Wise Project Profit) aggregates project profitability by supervisor for a date range, with an optional per-project breakdown.
Overview
Go to Project → Reports → Employee Wise Project Profit.
What it shows. One summary row per supervisor (employee) with total man hours, unconsidered hours, payslip cost, other costs, sale value, profit, and margin. Toggle Show Project Splitup to expand each supervisor into individual project rows. Additional Cost and Unconsidered Cost columns appear when those per-hour rates are set on at least one project.
Use Cases
- Supervisor performance — Compare profit contribution across project managers for the quarter.
- Portfolio view — Enable Show Project Splitup to see which jobs drive each supervisor's totals.
- Drill to project detail — Click a supervisor name (without splitup) to open Project Wise Profit filtered to that employee.

Actions
- Generate — run the report.
- Show Project Splitup / Hide Project Splitup — toggle per-project detail rows.
- Export — download to Excel.

FAQ
Why does the screen title say Supervisor Wise Project Profit?
That is the in-app report title. The menu and documentation use Employee Wise Project Profit — both refer to the same report.
Can I click through to a single project?
With splitup enabled, project rows show project code. Use Project Wise Profit for a full project-level profit list.
Which employee appears as the supervisor?
The project's primary supervisor (employee on the project header) — not sub-supervisors unless your reporting setup filters differently.
What is the maximum date range?
From and to dates must fall within a 12-month span. Split longer analysis into multiple report runs.
Does splitup double-count totals?
No. Supervisor summary rows show aggregated totals. Splitup child rows break the same totals down by project without adding extra profit at the parent row.
Why are some supervisors missing?
Supervisors with no approved project activity in the date range may not appear. Confirm projects have the correct supervisor assigned and invoices are approved.
How does this relate to Project Wise Profit?
Click a supervisor name (without splitup) to open Project Wise Profit filtered to that employee's projects.
Why is there no Additional Cost column?
The column appears only when at least one project in the result has Additional Cost per Hour set. See Cost Settings.
