# Order Issued and WIP Report

<h2 id="overview">Overview</h2>

<p><b>What it shows.</b> For one production stage process, two sections:</p>

<ul>
<li><b>Inventory Issued and Available in Production Center</b> — as on the report date</li>
<li><b>Inventory Issued</b> — required, to be issued, issued, consumed, and remaining from issued per item</li>
<li><b>Total Work-in-Progress Inventory</b> — WIP quantity per item at the stage</li>
</ul>

<p><b>When to use it.</b> Use during multi-stage production to review material availability and WIP before starting, completing, or re-issuing a stage.</p>

<p><b>How to open.</b> From a multi-stage Production Order view, open a stage process and select <b>Inv. Summary</b> (inventory summary). The report loads automatically for that stage — there is no separate Reports menu entry.</p>

<li><b>Stage supervisor</b> — Confirm all required raw materials are issued before marking a stage complete.</li>
<li><b>Store keeper</b> — See <b>To Be Issued</b> quantity and raise an Issue For Production if stock is short.</li>
<li><b>Planner</b> — Review WIP inventory held at an intermediate stage before the next process starts.</li>

<b>Inventory Issued</b>

| Issued | Quantity already issued. |

| Remaining from Issued | Issued minus consumed. |

<h2 id="faq">FAQ</h2>

<p><b>Why can't I find this under Production → Reports?</b><br>This report is embedded in the multi-stage Production Order workflow. Open it from the stage process <b>Inv. Summary</b> action.</p>

<p><b>Is there a Generate or Export button?</b><br>No — the report auto-loads for the selected stage process. Use browser print if you need a hard copy.</p>

<p><b>What is Remaining from Issued?</b><br>Material issued to the stage that has not yet been consumed in a Production Voucher.</p>
<p><b>WIP definition?</b><br>Materials issued but not yet consumed or finished.</p>
<p><b>Center filter?</b><br>Filter by production center for plant-level WIP.</p>
