<h2 id="overview">Overview</h2>

Go to <b>Job → Job Card Wise Report</b>.

<p><b>What it shows.</b> One row per Approved or Closed Job Card whose date falls in the selected range. This report does not show cost or profit — use <a href="#/job/reports/job-card-wise-profit">Job Card Wise Profit</a> for that.</p>

Default range is the current month. Maximum range is 12 months.

<ul>
<li><b>Operations list</b> — See all live and closed jobs for the month with BL and parties.</li>
<li><b>Shipping line follow-up</b> — Filter by Shipping Line or Bill of Lading No.</li>
<li><b>Employee workload</b> — Use the employee selector to list jobs assigned to one person.</li>

<h2 id="filters">Filters</h2>

| **Filter** | **Description** |
|------------|-----------------|
| Date range | Job Card date. Required. Maximum 12 months. |
| Employee | Optional. Jobs assigned to that employee. |
| Booking Party | Customer who booked the job. |
| Consignee | Receiving customer. |
| Shipper (Customer) / Shipper (Supplier) | Advanced filter fields kept for older records. New cards use the free-text Shipper field. |
| Shipping Line | Supplier shipping line. |
| Job Type | One Job Type. |
| Bill of Lading No | Contains or equals. |

Use the filter icon for the advanced filters. <b>Clear</b> removes them.

Only Approved and Closed cards are included.

<b>Where is profit on this report?</b><br>
It is not here. Open <a href="#/job/reports/job-card-wise-profit">Job Card Wise Profit</a>, or click the job number for <a href="#/job/reports/job-card-summary">Job Card Summary</a>.

<b>Date range too long?</b><br>
The API rejects ranges longer than 12 months.
