Go to <b>Job → Job Card Wise Profit</b>.

<p><b>What it shows.</b> One row per job in the range with estimated cost/sale/profit from the Job Card lines and actual cost/sale/profit from allocations. Rows with negative estimated or actual profit are highlighted.</p>

Default range is the current month. Maximum range is 12 months. Footer totals are for the <b>current page</b> (500 rows per page).

<li><b>Monthly job P&amp;L</b> — See which jobs made or lost money after allocations.</li>
<li><b>Estimate vs actual</b> — Spot jobs where actual cost overran the Job Card estimate.</li>

| Job Number | Contains or equals. |
| Customer Group | Booking party's customer group, including child groups. |
| Port of Loading / Port of Discharge | Location (State or District). |

Use the filter icon for advanced filters. <b>Clear</b> removes them.

<b>Why don't footer totals match a full-period export?</b><br>
On-screen totals sum the current page only. Export or add pages if the result spans more than 500 rows.

<b>Why is actual profit blank or zero?</b><br>
Allocations are missing or the source documents are still draft. See <a href="#/job/job-card?id=allocation">Job Card Allocation</a>.

<b>Are draft jobs included?</b><br>
No. Only Approved and Closed.

<b>Date range too long?</b><br>
The report rejects ranges longer than 12 months.
