What it shows. One row per item and center showing the quantity in stock and the list of serial numbers making up that quantity. Click a row to open the item's transaction history.
When to use it. Use it for serialised goods (such as electronics or equipment) to verify which exact units are on hand at each center, for audits, warranty checks, or physical verification.
Which items appear in this report?
Items tracked by serial number that currently hold stock. The serial numbers in stock are listed against each quantity.
Why is the serial numbers cell long for some rows?
The cell lists every serial number making up that quantity, so high-quantity rows show more serial numbers.
How do I narrow it to one center or group?
Use the filter toggle to set Center and Item Group, then generate.
How do I see the transactions behind a quantity?
Click the row to open the item's Item Transactions.
Why is my report empty?
No serial-tracked items have stock at the filtered center, or item group filters exclude all rows.
How is this different from Serial Number Stock?
This report shows on-hand qty with serial list per item row. Serial Number Stock lists each serial as its own row.
Can I export serial lists?
Yes. Use Export All after generating for audit or label verification.
