FAQ

How is this different from Material Request Item Wise?
This report is an item summary — one total quantity per item. Material Request Item Wise lists each request line with the voucher, ordered, pending and received quantities.

Can I raise a purchase or production document from here?
Yes. Select the item rows and use Create Purchase Order, Create Purchase Invoice, Create Production Order, or Create Inventory Conversion.

How does Create Inventory Conversion work?
Select the item rows and click Create Inventory Conversion. A popup opens pre-filled with the selected items and quantities; pick a BOM for each and save to create one Multi Inventory Conversion per item.

Can I limit it to one request purpose?
Yes. Use the Type selector (for example Purchase Order or Issue For Production).

Why is the create-button list different for me?
The available create actions depend on your access to purchase and production documents.

Why is my report empty?
No open material request quantities match the period and type filters.

What is the difference from Material Request document?
This report aggregates pending request qty by item; fulfil requests via PO, transfer, or consumable issue from selected rows.

Which request types appear?
Filter by Purchase Order, Issue For Production, Sale Order, and other Request For types configured in Inventory Settings.
