How is this different from Item wise Inventory Adjustment?
This report is line-level: one row per adjustment line with the voucher, type and reason, and a Type (gain/loss) filter. Item wise Inventory Adjustment is an item summary that nets the in and out quantity per item.

Can I show only gains or only losses?
Yes. Set the Type filter to Gain or Loss before generating.

How do I see value, not just quantity?
Turn on Show Value to add value columns for the in and out movements.

How do I open the adjustment document?
Click the ID on any row to open the adjustment voucher.

Which adjustment statuses are included?
Approved and closed inventory adjustments in the period.

Why is my report empty?
No adjustment lines match the date range, reason, or type filters.

Why does the date range fail validation?
About 12 months maximum on many item-wise inventory reports.
