<h2 id="overview">Overview</h2>

Go to <b>Inventory → Inventory Reports → Consumable Issue Item Wise</b>.

<p><b>What it shows.</b> One row per consumable issue line in the selected period, with the issue date, system ID, center, who issued it (<b>Issued By</b>) and to whom (<b>Issued To</b>), the reason, item details and the <b>Quantity</b> issued. A total row sums the quantity. Click an ID to open the consumable issue voucher.</p>

<p><b>When to use it.</b> Use to review individual consumable issues line by line, to trace what was issued to a person, and to open the source documents.</p>

<li><b>Store keeper</b> — What was issued, when, and to whom? Review each line's date, item and Issued To.</li>
<li><b>Department head</b> — What did a specific person receive? Filter by <b>Issued To</b>.</li>
<li><b>Auditor</b> — Which voucher recorded a given issue, and why? Filter by reason and open the ID.</li>
<li><b>Branch manager</b> — Which consumable issues happened at my center? Filter by <b>Center</b>.</li>

| Unit | Inventory keeping unit. |
| Quantity | Quantity issued on this line. |

<h2 id="faq">FAQ</h2>

<p><b>How is this different from Item Wise Consumable Issue?</b><br>This report is line-level: one row per issue line with the voucher, issued by/to and reason. <a href="#/inventory/reports/item-wise-consumable-issue">Item Wise Consumable Issue</a> is an item summary with one total quantity per item.</p>

<p><b>Can I filter by who issued or received the items?</b><br>Yes. Use the <b>Issued By</b> and <b>Issued To</b> filters.</p>

<p><b>How do I open the issue document?</b><br>Click the <b>ID</b> on any row to open the consumable issue voucher.</p>

<p><b>What is the Reason column?</b><br>It is the inventory adjustment reason recorded for the consumable issue.</p>

<p><b>Why is my report empty?</b><br>No consumable issue lines match the date range or issued by/to filters.</p>

<p><b>Which consumable issue statuses are included?</b><br>Approved and closed consumable issues in the period.</p>

<p><b>Why does the date range fail validation?</b><br>About 12 months maximum. Shorten the from/to period if validation fails.</p>
