# Centre wise Report
Opening, inward, outward and closing stock for each inventory center over a selected period. Drill into each center to see the items behind the totals, with optional value columns.
Overview
Go to Inventory → Inventory Reports → Centre wise Report.
Report title in ERP: Center Wise Inventory Report
What it shows. One row per inventory center with the Opening, In, Out and Closing quantity for the selected date range. Turn on Show Items to expand each center into its items, and Show Value to add value columns under each stage.
When to use it. Use to compare stock movement across centers, to review branch or warehouse activity for a period, and to reconcile center-level balances.
Use Cases
- Operations manager — How much stock moved through each center this period? Review In, Out and Closing per center.
- Branch in-charge — Which items drove the movement at my center? Turn on Show Items to expand.
- Finance — What is the valued opening and closing per center? Turn on Show Value.
- Inventory controller — Are any centers carrying items with no movement? Use Show Items without movement to include them.
Filters
Date range and Item Group. Advanced Filter: Item, Item Type, Center, Brand, Item Group.
Columns

| Closing | Quantity (and value) at the end of the period. |
When Show Value is on, the Opening, In, Out and Closing stages each show a Qty and Value sub-column.

- Generate — run the report for the selected filters
- More — toggle Show Items, Show Value, and Show Items without movement
- Export — export the report to Excel
- Print — print the report
- Advanced Filter — open additional filter fields

FAQ
How is this different from the Item wise Report?
Item wise Report is organised by item; this report is organised by center, with items shown underneath each center.
How do I see the items inside a center?
Choose Show Items from the More menu to expand each center.
How do I add value columns?
Select Show Value from the More menu.
Why do some items show no movement?
By default items without movement are hidden. Use Show Items without movement to include them.
Why is my report empty?
No centers or items match the filters, or all centers were excluded by branch or access scope.
Does this show bin-level detail?
No. Use Bin Wise Report when warehouse bin tracking is enabled.
Can I filter to one center?
Yes. Set Center in advanced filters before generating.
