FAQ

What do Opening, In, Out and Closing mean?
Opening is the stock at the start of the period, In and Out are receipts and issues during the period, and Closing is the stock left at the end.

What is the difference between Value and After Tax?
Value is the stock value before tax; After Tax includes the applicable tax.

How is this different from Item Group Wise Stock?
This report groups by brand. Item Group Wise Stock groups the same opening/in/out/closing view by item group.

Why is my report empty?
No stock movement matches the date range and brand filter, or selected brands have no assigned items.

Which movements count as In and Out?
Approved inventory receipts and issues in the period — GRN, DN, transfers, adjustments, and related postings per configuration.

Are items without a brand excluded?
Items with no brand may appear under a blank or unassigned grouping depending on report layout.
