Go to Inventory → Inventory Reports → Bill-wise Quality Inspection.

What it shows. One row per quality inspection in the selected period, plus source document lines that are still QC Pending (no inspection started yet). Includes QI id (blank for pending), status, source transaction type and bill, item, batch, template, sample quantity, and who inspected and verified. Failed inspections are highlighted in red. Click the QI id to open an existing inspection, or click QC Pending in the Status column to start one. Click the source bill to open the parent document.

When to use it. Use it to review what was inspected, find failed inspections, or audit QC history — complementary to Pending Quality Inspection, which shows lines still awaiting QC.

FAQ

How is this different from Pending Quality Inspection?
Pending shows only source document lines that still need QC. Bill-wise shows those pending lines and quality inspection records that already exist (draft, passed, failed, cancelled).

How do I open an inspection?
Click the QI Id for an existing inspection, or click QC Pending in the Status column to start inspection for a pending line.

What does Pass rate in the footer mean?
Passed inspections ÷ (Passed + Failed) for the filtered period, as a percentage. Draft and cancelled are excluded from the rate.

Can I see only failed inspections?
Yes. Use Advanced Filter → Status = Failed, then generate.

Why is my report empty?
No quality inspections match the date range and filters, or quality inspection is not used in that period.

Why does the date range fail validation?
This report allows about 12 months maximum. Shorten the date range if validation fails.

Where can I learn how inspections are recorded?
See Quality Inspection.
