FAQ

Why are some rows greyed out?
Rows shown in light grey have zero quantity in stock for that batch and center.

Can I see stock as it was on a past date?
Yes. Set the Date to the day you want and generate; the report shows the batch stock as on that date.

How do I dig into a single batch?
Click the batch name to open the Batch Enquiry for that batch.

How is this different from Batch Wise Expiry?
This report focuses on quantity on hand by batch. Batch Wise Expiry adds age and days-to-expire and lets you sort by expiry or manufacture date.

Why is my report empty?
No batches have stock on the selected date, or item and center filters exclude all rows.

Do I need Has Batch on the item?
Yes. Batch-wise reports apply only to items with batch tracking enabled.

Are zero-quantity batches shown?
Zero rows may appear greyed out depending on layout — use filters to focus on batches with stock.
