FAQ

Why is the report empty?
A batch is required. Select a batch before generating.

How do I open the document behind a movement?
Click any row to open the underlying voucher.

How is this different from Item Transactions?
Item Transactions follows an item over a date range; Batch History follows one specific batch.

Where do batches come from?
Batches are created and managed under Batches.

Which document statuses are included?
Approved and closed receipts, deliveries, transfers, and adjustments involving the batch.

Can I filter by date range?
Yes. Set from/to dates to limit movements; very long ranges may hit the report's maximum period.

Why does quantity not match Stock Report?
Batch History is transactional; reconcile closing balance with Batch Wise Stock for the same date.
