2. Load items

Pick a source document (e.g. a Purchase Invoice or Opening Inventory) to load its items, or add items manually with their barcode and quantity.

Loading Items

Items can be loaded onto the label sheet from any of these sources:

Purchase Invoice

Production Voucher

Opening Inventory

Credit Note

Inventory Adjustment

Inventory Conversion

Item — load a single item directly

You can also add items manually, entering the item name, code, barcode, batch, serial numbers, price, and quantity. For serial-tracked items, one label is produced per serial number; otherwise the quantity controls how many labels print (unless single-copy mode is on in Label Settings).

How many labels print for each item?
For serial-tracked items, one label per serial number. Otherwise the item quantity decides the count, unless Single copy per item line is enabled in Label Settings.

How do I hide the real minimum price on the label?
Enable Show Encoded Minimum Price and set a Secret Code. The price is printed using your letter mapping so only staff can read it.

Can I print labels straight from a purchase or production document?
Yes. Load items from a Purchase Invoice, Production Voucher, Opening Inventory, Credit Note, Inventory Adjustment, or Inventory Conversion.

Why don't service items appear on my labels?
Enable Show service items in label in Label Settings to include them when loading from documents.

Do I need batch or serial setup to print batch labels?
Batch and serial columns appear when the source document lines include batch or serial data for tracked items.

Can I print labels without a source document?
Yes. Add items directly on the label print screen for ad-hoc barcode or price labels.

Where do label layout and encoding rules come from?
From Label Settings — template, copies per line, and encoded minimum price options.
