The Inventory module manages stock end-to-end — items and masters, goods receipt and delivery, transfers, adjustments, revaluation, counting, batches and serial numbers, plus a complete set of stock, transaction, batch, and serial-number reports.

What is the standard inbound flow?
Material Request → Goods Receipt Note (with optional Quality Inspection). Stock increases when the receipt is approved.
What is the standard outbound flow?
Goods Delivery Note issues stock out; use Delivery Challan, Shipment, Loading Request, and Packing Slip for dispatch.
How do I correct stock differences?
Use Inventory Counting to reconcile physical counts, or Inventory Adjustment with a configured reason for manual changes.
How do I change stock value without changing quantity?
Use Inventory Revaluation to update valuation while keeping quantities the same.
Where do I set reorder points and low-stock alerts?
Set the reorder point on the Item record. Items at or below it appear in the dashboard and the Reorder Point Summary.
How do I move stock between centers?
Use Inventory Transfer. Track open and item-wise movements in the Transaction Reports.
Where do I load starting stock?
Use Opening Inventory to set opening quantities and values; verify with the Opening Inventory Report.
