FAQ

Can employees see other employees' profiles?
No. Employee Profile shows only the logged-in employee's own data. HR administrators use the Employee screen to manage all employees.

How does an employee get login access?
An administrator sets login access from the employee record using Set Login Access and assigns a role. See Login Access.

Can employees approve their own leave requests?
No. Leave requests require approval by a manager or HR administrator.

Can employees edit job details or salary fields?
No. Job details, payroll group, and compensation are maintained by HR on the admin Employee screen.

Where do employees submit expense claims?
From Employee Profile self-service — claims follow the expense module approval path configured for your company.

Can Field Sale App users open Employee Profile?
Mobile HR self-service covers attendance and leave — full web profile features depend on role and menu access.

Why are some profile fields read-only?
Mandatory fields configured in HR Settings may be editable by employee; other fields are HR-only by design.
