Open **Home** → **Leads** to browse CRM leads. Tap a lead to open the detail view, or use **CREATE NEW** at the bottom of the list to add a lead in the field.

For the full web CRM workflow — pipeline status, convert to customer, opportunities, and reports — see CRM → Leads in the web documentation.

When a **route** is selected at the top of the Home tab, the lead list is filtered to leads on that route.

Lead reminders due today or overdue also appear under **Reports** → **My Tasks** (see [Reports](field-sale-app/reports.md)). The web equivalent is My Tasks Report or Reminders.

The list shows active leads with company name and current **Lead Status**.

Search and filter

- **Search leads…** — matches company name, phone, or contact first name.
- **Status** — filter by lead status, or choose **All**.
- Pull down to refresh; scroll to load more leads (30 per page).

List item

Each row shows:

- Company name
- Lead status name (subtitle)

Tap the row to open the lead view.

Location

The lead **Location** section uses the same map flow as customers: **Get My Location**, drag the marker if needed, then **Save Location** or **Update Location** to store coordinates for future visits.

When the lead has map coordinates, a **Directions** (navigate) icon appears on the map (bottom-right). Tap it to open turn-by-turn directions in the device maps app (**Apple Maps** on iOS, **Google Maps** on Android).

Convert to Customer

When the lead is not already converted, a **Convert to Customer** button creates a customer from the lead data (name, contact, address, phone, email, route, and map coordinates). On success the app opens the new **Customer** view and updates the lead status.

Edit and delete

Edit and delete icons appear in the header when permitted by the user role.

FAQ

Can I create leads offline?
New leads and activity logs save locally and sync when online. Mandatory fields from CRM Settings apply on sync.

Why is Check In unavailable on a reminder?
Check In and Check Out apply to meeting-type reminders on leads with location data. Customer-linked web reminders may hide check-in — use lead-linked meetings for field visits.

How do I get directions to a lead?
Open the lead detail view and tap the Directions (navigate) icon on the map. The device opens Apple Maps (iOS) or Google Maps (Android) with directions to the lead pin. The lead must have map coordinates saved first.

What happens when I snooze a reminder?
Status moves to Snoozed and the due time updates. Notifications reschedule to the new due time.

Can I convert a lead to customer from the app?
Lead conversion is a web CRM action. Use the app to update status, log activity, and schedule follow-ups until conversion on the web.

Do lead changes sync to the web CRM?
Yes. Edits, reminders, and activity logs sync to the same lead record visible under Leads on the web.

Why don't I see the Leads tile?
Grant CRM Lead list access on the Field Sale App user role.

What is In Progress reminder state?
Used when a meeting visit is active — often between Check In and Check Out on a meeting reminder.
