FAQ

Is there a company-wide lead log report?
No. Activity is per lead on the ACTIVITIES tab. Use Lead Owner Report or Lead Source Performance for aggregate lead metrics.

Do status changes from Edit Lead appear here?
Status changes via the pipeline bar create Lead Status Activity entries. Direct edits on the form update the lead without necessarily creating a timeline entry unless status changed through the pipeline modal.

How do I add a call or meeting log?
On the lead view ACTIVITIES tab, use Log Call or Log Meeting — entries appear in the timeline with optional outcome notes.

Can I set a reminder from a log entry?
Yes. Use Set Reminder from a log row when follow-up is needed — this creates a linked CRM reminder.

Does meeting check-out write to the log?
Field check-out on meeting reminders can append activity entries when geolocation tracking is used in the Field Sale App.

Is there export for lead activity?
No company-wide lead log export. Use per-lead ACTIVITIES on the web or activity on Field Sale App — Leads.

What log types appear on the timeline?
Notes, logged calls, logged meetings, and status activity entries — each with timestamp and user where recorded.
