# CRM Dashboard

The CRM Dashboard gives a live snapshot of lead volume, conversions, and reminder workload. Eight count widgets show key metrics at a glance with no date or filter controls on the page itself.

Configure Won Status and Lost Status in CRM Settings before using the dashboard. If Won and Lost are not set, the dashboard shows an error: CRM settings not configured. Please set Won and Lost status in CRM Settings.

Open Leads, Conversion Rate, and Converted This Month all depend on those mappings.

FAQ

Can I filter the dashboard by date or branch?
No. Use the CRM reports (Lead Owner Report, Lead Source Performance, Pipeline Progression) for filtered analysis.

Why is Conversion Rate 0%?
Either no leads were created this month, or no leads were converted to customers this month.

What counts as an open lead?
An active lead whose Lead status is not the Won or Lost status configured in CRM Settings.

What does Meetings Today include?
CRM reminders of meeting type scheduled for today — distinct from the Reminders Due Today widget which counts all reminder types due today.

Does the dashboard refresh automatically?
Widgets reload when you open or navigate back to the dashboard. Use CRM reports for historical date-range analysis.

What is Converted This Month?
Leads converted to customers during the current calendar month — based on customer creation linked from lead conversion, not pipeline status alone.

Are suspended leads included in Total Leads?
Check list filters on drill-down links. Dashboard totals focus on active pipeline metrics; suspended leads may be excluded from open counts.

Why is Reminders Overdue non-zero?
Any pending reminder past its due date/time counts as overdue until marked Done, Cancelled, or Snoozed.
