Overview

Go to Accounts → Tax Reports → Tax Report Detailed. Report title in ERP: VAT Report - Detailed

What it shows. Same section layout as Oman/Saudi detailed reports: sales, credit notes, purchases, debit notes, expenses, purchase expenses, fixed assets, and net balance — with columns per tax group and state rows where applicable.

When to use it. Legacy analytical view for multi-rate VAT. Active ERP menus use country-specific detailed reports instead.

How amounts are calculated. Each section nets taxable values and tax amounts by state and configured tax group, ending with net balance per group.

Output Columns

Per section: States, Taxable Value, one column per tax group, Total Tax (when multiple groups). Sections: TAX COLLECTED FROM SALES, TAX PAID ON CREDIT NOTE (Less), TAX PAID ON PURCHASE INVOICE (Less), TAX COLLECTED ON DEBIT NOTE, TAX PAID ON EXPENSES (Less), TAX PAID ON PURCHASE EXPENSES (Less), TAX PAID ON FIXED ASSETS (Less), NET BALANCE. Summary rows: Total, Net Sale, Net Purchase.
