Report title in ERP: Cost Center Wise Expense Report

What it shows. One row per cost center with the total expense amount. Combines direct cost center tagging, multi-center allocations, and an Others bucket for unallocated expense.

When to use it. Use to compare departmental or project spending without opening individual bills. Click a cost center name or total to open the bills behind that row.

How amounts are calculated. Amounts include expenses tagged on the bill, amounts split through cost center allocation, and unallocated balances rolled into Others. Default branch (when the user setting has data filter on) restricts the report to that branch.
