Go to Accounts → Reports → Batch Statement.

Report title in ERP: Batch Statement

What it shows. Sections for purchase invoices, purchase expenses, debit notes, sale invoices, and credit notes involving the batch. Shows party, item, quantity, in value, and sale taxable amount. Footer shows Total and Net.

When to use it. Use to trace a batch from purchase through sale and returns — common for regulated or traceable goods.

How amounts are calculated. Select a batch first. In value combines purchase and purchase expense; out value combines sales minus credit notes; Net is the difference. Purchase expenses on invoices are allocated proportionally by line value.
