What it shows. Lists suppliers with non-zero balance: contact details, amount owed or credited, and PDC cheques you have issued but not yet cleared.
When to use it. Use to plan supplier payments and track outstanding payables.
How amounts are calculated. Same structure as Accounts Receivable but for suppliers. PDC amounts link issued cheques on payment vouchers to the payee supplier.
